Ir. Soekarno the first president Republic of Indonesia (1945-1967), people called "Bung Karno” . He’s also known as designer states philosophy called “Pancasila” , he girding 26 titles docktorate kehormatan from some university in the world . Firstly “Bung Karno” got education in “sekolah desa” now we called Elementary School , inlandsche school (Tulung Agung) and then he continuing at Europese lagere school (Mojokerto) , then he continuing his study at ia Hogere Burger School (Surabaya) , June 1921 he continuing at Technische Hogere school (Bandung), after he finish his study (1926) he come to politic. Because assessed as dangerous figure by governor general of De Jonge, “Bung Karno” arrested and detached to Ende, Flores > Bengkulu > Padang > and then Japanese soldier bring him to Jawa.

When Japan getting attacked by Ally soldier ,  BPUPKI (1 Juni 1945) did conference , “Bung Karno” raising five state s philosophy concept , after experiencing of some change later;then to five the concept recognized by the name of PANCASILA.
